Position-Accounts Assistant
Education -Bcom,/ Mcom/ MBA Finance
Experience- 2-4 years
Job Requirements
1)Accounting of transactions- Day to Day
* Recording of income in ERP, Excel
* Documentation & Filing of customer Records
* Passing Accounting entries & JV in ERP
* Maintaining Cash & Bank Book
* Daily Cheque deposit & other bank related works
* Bank Reconciliation & Investment entries in ERP.
* Vendor Bills-- Co-ordinate with Production, Procurement & other departments to collect supporting data for Invoices. Verification of Bills against PO & entries in ERP.
2) Monthly closing of books and MIS preparation :
* Provisioning of expenses by 2nd day of next month
* Maintaining Customer records, Sales & cancellation records
*Cash/ Bank reconciliation by 1st day of next month
* Co-ordination with Bank for , DD ,cheques & other documents
3) Quaterly closing and audit :
* Preparing schedules/ reports as required by business or Management
* Inter Unit Advice Manitenance & advice Booking
* Handling audit queries
* Assistance in Preparation of Financial Statements
4) Servicing internal customers :
* Ensuring timely payments
* Maintaining Documentation and accurate filing of all records.
* Co-ordinating with SSC for vendor payments
5) Other Activities :
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Basic Skills
1) General Math Skills, Accounting, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Coordination Skills
2) Communication skills in Local language (kannada)in addition to English will be welcome
