Qualifications8-10 years of experience in a high-growth global startup, with strong communication and confident leadership skills.
MBA from a Tier 2 college.
Excellent analytical skills and communication skilss
Ability to work cross-functionally
Experience in pricing, procurement, or partnerships within the benefits/insurance domain.
Strong negotiation skills to lead procurement discussions and enhance coverage, lower costs, and improve terms.
Knowledge of global employee benefits markets, pricing models, and procurement processes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to handle escalations
Experience in benefits administration, including Carta administration and reporting.
Ability to oversee vendor reconciliation and payments of insurance invoices.
Lead the HR audit and work with Auditors and provide data inputs
Work with cross functional stakeholders to complete audits in time
Manage benefits partnerships with insurers, TPAs, and wellness providers
Lead procurement discussions to enhance coverage, lower costs, and improve terms.
Continuously analyze global benefits market trends and competitor offerings to provide intelligence for Insurance & benefits renewal
Onboarding Employees on the benefits portal
Lead the administration of ESOPs, including Carta administration and reporting.
Oversee renewal management, ensuring smooth client transitions and favorable outcomes.
Handle escalations on Insurance and benfits
Support renewal negotiations and cost improvement initiatives with insurers and partners.
