Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures and coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations
- Maintains communication with direct manager and responds to request of departments
- Tours and inspects the facility to ensure cleanliness requirements are met in a timely fashion; addressing any outstanding tasks in real time
- Oversight of job orders and specifications to understand the materials and labor required to complete a task within each area respectively
- Works directly with team members to accomplish the daily and specific tasks
- Assure that team members have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform custodial / housekeeping services at the unit
- Reduce likelihood of significant disruption of housekeeping services
- Contribute to the overall success of housekeeping operations by creating a work environment that encourages respect for team members and development of skills
