The Help Desk Analyst provides front-line technical support by troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues. This role manages and deploys mobile and computing devices, supports employee onboarding and oƯboarding from an IT perspective, and maintains IT documentation, protocols, and user guides. The Help Desk Analyst delivers courteous, timely support to end users and performs other related duties as assigned to support daily IT operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position includes the following essential functions but is not limited to them. Additional duties may be assigned:
- Troubleshoots software, hardware and networking tickets
- Issues and manages mobile and computing devices and trains users on their use
- Performs all employe on-boarding and off-boarding IT related tasks
- Maintains IT protocols, manuals and other IT related documentation
- Provides courteous and prompt response to IT related requests for assistance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must be proficient in PC hardware support and repair
- Must be proficient in device management for multiple device types
- Must be proficient in current Windows applications, MS Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Cisco products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated, well organized and service oriented
EDUCATION & JOB HISTORY REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft certification preferred
- 2 years’ experience in PC repair is required
- 2 years’ experience with AD/GP required 2 years’ experience in Customer Service preferred
- Experience with HelpStar preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Employee is frequently required to stand
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk
- This position is somewhat sedentary; therefore, employee is required to sit
- Frequently will need to bend, stoop and squat
- Frequent lifting and/or moving of 10-25 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 35 pounds
- Required to reach with hands and arms to handle documents and products
- Must be able to enter data into a computer by use of a keyboard and mouse and be able to sit for long periods at a desk as well as occasionally visit employees throughout the building to gather data and clarify information
