We have immediate openings for "Document Controller" for our Reputed MNC Client located in Bangalore.
About Position:-
Position: Document Controller
Qualification: Diploma / BE
Experience: 1-3 yrs.
Location: Bangalore
Purpose Of Position:
Carryout Engineering Documentation which includes, Part numbering system, SAP documentation, Reach RoHS and CER activities of MPN R&D group Engineering CAD and PLM work supporting the team.
Job Description:
1. Create and maintain part record databases within MPN’s enterprise.
2. Assign MPN and SAP no’s for components, Assembly and finished goods and also assign document no’s for engineering documents
3. ECN release in Model Manager
4. Create material masters, plant views, Basic View, Info Record, Source List, BOM and Safety stock in SAP with data provided by product managers and Purchasing Team
5. Creation of Purchase request and Travel expense manager on SAP.
6. Circulate e-ECN and create BOM (Only for parts manufactured in MXI) on SAP.
7. Release EC Packet and communicate with respective Engineer
8. Update EH&S data on to SAP as per RoHS initiatives.
9. Collect from vendors DoNU, MCSS, Reach, RoHS and upload and maintain the latest version for MPN parts on SAP
10. Create 2D, 3D and read Drawings and work on minor projects.
11. Help senior engineers with designs, drawings, preparing engineering documents etc
12. Should work on Reverse Engineering projects.
13. Should use GD & T. Tolerance Analysis for all the projects being handled.
14. Carryout simple projects with guidance from the Manager.
15. Documentation is the primary goal and whenever the load is less, the Project based work will be imparted including supporting to senior engineers.
16. Perform other related duties as assigned by manager
17. Participate in Lean activities wherever assigned.
18. Work towards continuous improvement in all area
19. Ensure Dept. compliance with all policies & procedures
20. Support all company focal points as required
21. Any other projects/work assigned by management
