Engineer Project Associate - EL Test, Flash test

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative Engineer – Project Associate to join our Solar EIA team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the Solar PV domain, a passion for technology, and a drive to explore new innovations. This role will serve as a Test Engineer in UL’s mobile facility, working directly with end customers to deliver reliable testing and technical support.

• Field Testing – Mobile Laboratory, Thermography, IV Curve tracing, EL Test, Flash test, and all other Solar domain tests.
• Understanding ISO 17025 requirements.
• Knowledge of IEC/IS standards related to PV module and Solar Power Plant. (IEC 61215, IEC 61730, and IEC 62446.
• Responsible for the operation and periodic maintenance of equipment and Records 
• Provide technical insights and innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and the lead engineer.

• Hands-on experience in solar PV systems, PV flasher/ mobile test lab, and performance analysis, 
• Familiarity with EIA processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
