Enterprise SaaS - SFDC - Servicenow ( ITSM)

We are looking for an experienced and skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team and drive the development of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow FSO and BCM, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide solutions in the Banking and Capital Markets industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the technical direction of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance. Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow FSO technical architecture for BCM and Operational Resilience.
• Lead technical design sessions, creating detailed specifications and integration strategies.
• Develop custom scripts, workflows, and UI policies to support complex financial processes.
• Architect solutions using Financial Services Data Model and CMDB/CSDM standards.
• Lead integrations with core banking systems and ensure solution performance and security.
• Perform code reviews and enforce quality assurance across the team.
• Provide strategic direction for ServiceNow roadmap planning and platform expansion.
• Support pre-sales activities with technical presentations and effort estimation.
• Transfer knowledge to client technical teams and ensure effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow FSO Banking and Wealth Management Professional Suite Certification.
• ServiceNow GRC: Business Continuity Management (BCM) Micro-Certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Strong JavaScript programming and Glide Scripting skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub for integrations.
• Knowledge of FSO, ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, and CMDB modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine for custom application development.
• Financial services industry experience, especially in Equities, Custody, and Fund Services.
• ITIL Foundation or Advanced ITIL Certification is preferred.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, with a focus on FSO and BCM.
