Design and optimize Essbase cubes, manage data integration, develop automation frameworks, and provide support for Hyperion Planning applications.
- Design, develop, and optimize BSO/ASO Essbase cubes including calculation scripts, business rules, and performance tuning.
- Manage metadata, data loads, and integration processes between source systems (SQL Server, Oracle DB) and Hyperion Planning applications.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using MAXL, Batch scripts, and SSIS packages.
- Create and enhance SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and dynamic SQLs to support data processing requirements.
- Build and customize Smart View reports, Query Designer outputs, and workflows for end-users.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and modify existing code to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with business teams to capture requirements and deliver technical design documents and scalable solutions.
- Provide production support and enhancements for Hyperion Planning applications across global regions.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting solutions, best practices, and reusable tools/scripts.

- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Essbase / Hyperion Planning development and post-launch support (version 11.2.x required).
- Strong expertise in BSO/ASO cube design and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in Essbase Calc Scripts, Business Rules, MAXL, MDX, and automation scripting.
- Solid experience in SQL Server 2016+ (stored procedures, packages, functions, dynamic SQL).
- Hands-on with SSIS for data integration and automation workflows.
