ESaaS - SAP - Project Manager

As an SAP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and support of SAP solutions. With your extensive experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, you will lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality outcomes. Your expertise in Supply Chain and Financial processes will be a key asset in delivering tailored SAP solutions to our clients. Responsibilities

• Manage and own all technical aspects of project development and delivery.
• Estimate efforts, identify risks, and provide technical support as needed.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities and adapt to dynamic requirements.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conduct workshops to gather and understand business requirements.
• Coordinate project activities among functional and technical team members.
• Manage a small team to define core banking platform requirements.
• Provide project management expertise, leading key project work streams.
• Scope, plan, and manage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA implementation and support.
• Proven understanding of Supply Chain and Financial processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, including Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
• Managed at least 5 full-cycle SAP projects, preferably in S/4 HANA.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT projects with SAP S/4 HANA expertise.
• Outstanding knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA with SAP PM Activate certification.
• Confirmed project management skills, with PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Strong experience in risk and issue management, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
