As an SAP Project Manager, you'll oversee SAP implementations, manage teams, ensure project delivery, and navigate supply chain and finance processes.
As an SAP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and support of SAP solutions. With your extensive experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, you will lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality outcomes. Your expertise in Supply Chain and Financial processes will be a key asset in delivering tailored SAP solutions to our clients.

- Manage and own all technical aspects of project development and delivery.
- Estimate efforts, identify risks, and provide technical support as needed.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities and adapt to dynamic requirements.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conduct workshops to gather and understand business requirements.
- Coordinate project activities among functional and technical team members.
- Manage a small team to define core banking platform requirements.
- Provide project management expertise, leading key project work streams.
- Scope, plan, and manage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA implementation and support.
- Proven understanding of Supply Chain and Financial processes.
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, including Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
- Managed at least 5 full-cycle SAP projects, preferably in S/4 HANA.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT projects with SAP S/4 HANA expertise.
- Outstanding knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA with SAP PM Activate certification.
- Confirmed project management skills, with PMP or PMI certification preferred.
- Strong experience in risk and issue management, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
