Currently we have openings for “Front Office cum Office Admin” position with a reputed Company for Bangalore Location.

Job Description

About Company:

The Company partners with technology leaders worldwide to bring together an ecosystem of highly integrated embedded hardware and software solutions, tools and products for the Indian market. These products range from Development Suites, Middleware Solutions, In Circuit Debuggers and Emulators, Connectivity Solutions, Protocol Analyzers, Digital Storage Oscilloscopes and Hardware Subsystems. These synergetic design and development solutions holistically support design, development and debugging processes in embedded systems.

Desired Education Qualification: Any Graduate

Experiance required : 6months -2 years

Daily job duties and responsibilities of Front office and Admin includes:

• Accommodate visitors, clients and job candidates
• Operate switchboard and direct potential clients to relevant departments
• Control distribution of conference call numbers
• Coordinate conference room bookings and appointments
• Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail
• Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities
• Cooperate with Office Manager on local facility
• Maintain database of suppliers and service providers
• Assist Office Manager with office fit out requirements
• Record all incoming invoices in PDB register, gaining appropriate approval where necessary, and forward to Finance Department in a timely fashion
•Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters

•Support the Finance Manager by inputting into sales and purchase ledgers from source documents • Prepare petty cash records and cash count on a monthly basis, and send information to Finance Department by the end of the month
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals, where necessary
