Experience- 6months to 1 yr.
Job Responsibilities
- *Understanding the Client’s Requirement.
*Sourcing the Candidate’s CV’s accordingly through Job Portals.
*Posting the Job Requirement in Job Portals and Social Network.
*Screening the Candidate according to the client’s Requirement.
*Interacting with the candidate.
*Know about the Hr payroll process.
*Processing the CV of the Right candidate to the Client.
*Following up the candidate (from attending the interview to joining the company).
