About the Position:
Are you ready to dive into the world of Information Technology? We are seeking passionate and driven interns to join our IT team for a 12-week internship. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to exciting real-world projects. We currently have openings for Service Desk Interns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • User Support: Provide first-line support to users by addressing their technical issues and inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Incident Management: Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity problems.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation of support processes, known issues, and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields related to Information Technology.
  • Strong ability to work well within a team environment, with a positive attitude and self-motivation to produce high-quality work.
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that will help you tackle challenges effectively.
