Analyze insurance business processes, document requirements, support digital transformation, and provide domain expertise for system implementations in insurance.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze clients’ insurance business processes across Life, P&C, and Reinsurance domains.
- Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technology, operations, and transformation initiatives.
- Advise clients on insurance products, underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, and compliance processes.
- Support digital transformation programs including core system modernization, automation, and data-driven decision solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, IT, actuarial, operations) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Participate in system implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), and change management activities.
- Provide domain expertise during vendor evaluations for insurance platforms and tools.
- Develop training materials and mentor stakeholders on new processes and systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of core insurance systems (policy admin, claims, billing, CRM).
- Familiarity with industry platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, SAP FS, Majesco, etc.).
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Professional certifications (AINS, CPCU, LOMA, etc.) preferred.
