Position: Senior Associate, Investor Services (Transfer Agency)
Your responsibilities:
- Assist to process TA dealing activities including capital calls, distributions, transfers, subscriptions, redemptions, switches
- Prepare payment instructions and support settlements
- Maintain and update investor register and static data in system
- Prepare and issue investor statements and contract notes; support distributions/dividends processing
- Ensure strict compliance with CSC internal procedures and guidelines as well as the regulatory requirements
- Prepare checklists, reports and file documentation
- Collaborate with other teams to understand client needs and provide solutions
- Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by your supervisor
Your profile:
- Degree holder in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years investor services experience
- With Transfer Agency background is required; with Know Your Customer ("KYC")/AML and FATCA/CRS exposure is preferred
- Ability to work independently and multi-tasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT
- Excellent in both written and spoken English.
- Independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated
- Able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
- Mature and stable, be willing to work under pressure
