MDM-INTUNE

Key Responsibilities

• Device Management & Enrollment: Design and configure MDM solutions, including iOS/Android enrollment, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Windows Autopilot.
• Policy & Security Configuration: Create device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and App Protection Policies (APP).
• App Deployment: Manage application lifecycles, including Volume Purchase Program (VPP), Line of Business (LOB) apps, and WebApps.
• Troubleshooting: Provide L2/L3 support for enrollment failures, compliance issues, and policy errors.
• Automation & Scripting: Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate routine administrative tasks.
• System Maintenance: Monitor platform performance, manage updates, and ensure compliance with security standards. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Core Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), Azure Active Directory, and conditional access policies.
• Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, and Windows 10/11 device management.
• Experience Level: Typically, 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, specifically in mobility and endpoint management.
• Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with JAMF or Workspace ONE is often a plus
