Qualification: BE
Experience: 3-5 yrs.
Location: Bangalore
Purpose Of Position:
- Design process for New Products
- Understand CTQ of product inline to END application to design the manufactuing process
- Create more poke yoke into process to reduce human dependency
- Design a process with Lean Manufactruing principle
- Bring automation to reduce human dependency where-ever possible
Job Description:
- Owner for prcess design and development
- Has the responsibility for TTT & TTV. Co-ordinate the entire project interms of planning and execution from TTT to TTV
- Participate in Design Reviews, PFMEA, Design for Manufacturability.
- Establish proposed production process flow and Evaluating product design changes arising there of.
- Establish product qualification plans and reliability test sequences by working with CFT
- Disposition of product approval and tool qualification requests.
- Disposition First Article Inspection reports on new /refurbished tooling for existing products.
- Interaction with the various engineering centers of Molex for getting information as and when required.
- Initiate team reviews when a project becomes critical and obtain management support when required.
- Assit manufactruing PE for Value engineering projects as when needed
- Drive for continous improvement in respective areas
- Participate in Lean activities wherever assigned
- Ensure compliance with all molex policies & procedures in all related areas
