The Product Solutions Expert team is a high-impact group that partners with Eightfold’s largest enterprise customers to drive success and deliver measurable value. We manage complex implementations, resolve challenges, and tailor AI-driven solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs. With strong visibility across leadership and direct involvement in strategic engagements, this team plays a critical role in shaping customer success and fueling Eightfold’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support enterprise clients in deploying and integrating Eightfold’s AI solutions.
- Configure and customize products to fit customer needs.
- Design API and software integrations (using JSON, SQL, Python).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead customer training sessions.
- Learn how to architect integrations between Eightfold and leading HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.).
What You Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Software development/implementation (preferred but not required).
- Hands-on familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL, and Python.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Curious to learn how AI is transforming enterprise HR systems.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
