About the Role:
As a Senior Product Manager at Eightfold.ai, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, vision, and execution of products that enhance the talent acquisition and experience journey. You will work closely with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful, scalable solutions that align with Eightfold’s mission of “the right career for everyone in the world.” This role requires strong strategic thinking, customer empathy, and a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS dynamics. You’ll collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, define priorities, and shape differentiated products that strengthen Eightfold’s position in the talent intelligence space being at the forefront of building AI-driven products that transform how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent. You’ll work deeply with customers and market insights to shape differentiated products powered by Eightfold’s world-class AI models—leveraging deep learning, matching intelligence, and talent insights to solve real customer challenges. This role demands technical curiosity, and a passion for creating enterprise SaaS products that push the boundaries of what AI can do in HR tech. Responsibilities
- Work with the leadership team, the engineering team, and the product team to develop and execute roadmaps for apps built on the Eightfold platform.
- collaborate with our developer partners and customers to internalize and understand their needs and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needs.
- Foster our values of ownership, compassion, commitment to learning, transparency, and integrity.
- Partner with and drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the market landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products in the market
- Understand Eightfold core technological strengths and work to integrate them into the products
- Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly
- Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their market, and customer adoption
Basic Qualification:
- 5-7 years experience in Product Management
- Demonstrated bias to action & an aptitude for rapid learning
- A passion for Eightfold's vision: The right career for everyone in the world.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback
