Qualifications
  • Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, business analysis, or a similar role, with a strong focus on managing marketing automation platforms.

  • Salesforce Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce is required.

  • Marketing Tech Stack Knowledge: Proven experience working with a modern B2B marketing tech stack. Familiarity with tools in categories such as:

    • CRM: Salesforce

    • ABM/Intent: 6sense, Terminus, or similar

    • Data Enrichment: ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit

    • Webinar/Events: Zoom, Goldcast, Swoogo, or similar

    • Social/Chat: Sprout Social, Qualified, or similar

    • Marketing Automation: Marketo

  • Personal Attributes:

    • A self-starter who is motivated, well-organized, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

    • A good listener with a willingness to learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

  • Integration Skills: Understanding of how data flows between systems via native connectors and APIs. Experience in troubleshooting integration issues is a significant plus.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies.
