Site Reliability Engineer - Associate -  Reliability & Production Engineering

We’re seeking someone to join our Institutional Securities Technology team as a Site Reliability Engineer, in Reliability & Production Engineering (RPE) to ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.

This is Associate position that manages and optimizes the technical environment and end-user experience across various workplace technologies for end-users, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction across the organization.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Manage and support highly available AWS-based infrastructure.

  • Work with HPC/Grid platforms to ensure efficient compute performance.

  • Operate and maintain Kubernetes environment.

  • Monitor Systems , respond to incidents and drive RCA.

  • Automate operational process and improve system stability.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 3-5 years in SRE/devops roles.

  • Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes.

  • Exposure to HPC or Grid computing environment

  • Scripting skills.

  • Understanding of Monitoring alerting and production support in high criticality environments.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a mission critical , regulated setting.
