As a SOX Audit BSA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance and addressing financial reporting risks. Your expertise in Salesforce administration and SOX processes will be key in guiding control owners and collaborating with audit teams. - Ensure SOX and SOD compliance by administering Salesforce and identifying/resolving conflicts.
- Conduct SOX testing plans and participate in walkthroughs with process owners to address financial reporting risks.
- Work with control owners to resolve issues and ensure IT controls meet expectations.
- Partner with Internal and External Audit teams to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
- Document and create functional flow diagrams to support the understanding of processes.
- Stay updated with Order Management processes and Salesforce platform configurations.
- Act as a self-starter, motivated to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- 10+ years of experience in IT/Technology consulting, with a functional background.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on SOX and SOD compliance.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security controls, data governance, and audit trails.
- Experience in identifying and resolving SOD conflicts in user roles.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Order Management processes (Order to Cash) and Salesforce platform configurations.
- Ability to document and create functional flow diagrams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
