Responsibilities

• Projects delivered on time with minimal operational disruption.
• Improved coordination between engineering and support teams.
• Reduced backlog of operational action items.
• Clear visibility into risks impacting production and delivery.
• Strong trust and credibility with SRE and support organizations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Technology Project Manager or Technical Project Manager.
• Direct experience working with:
• SRE teams OR
• Production Support / Operations teams (L1/L2/L3).
• Strong understanding of:
• Production systems and live service environments
• Incident, problem, and change management
• Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
