Trade Operations Specialist

Trade Lifecycle Management
- Ensure accurate trade capture in OMS/EMS systems for all executed trades
- Monitor trade allocations and confirm accuracy with portfolio managers and traders
- Manage trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies with brokers and counterparties
- Oversee settlement processes across multiple asset classes
Reconciliation & Controls
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with prime brokers and custodians
- Investigate and resolve breaks in a timely manner
- Support NAV validation and P&L verification processes
- Maintain strong internal controls to minimize operational risk
Prime Broker & Counterparty Management
- Act as primary point of contact for prime brokers and custodians
- Coordinate account openings and documentation
- Manage corporate actions, dividends, and interest processing
- Monitor margin and collateral requirements
Reporting & Regulatory Support
- Assist in regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., Form PF, AIFMD, EMIR, etc.)
- Support audit requests and investor reporting
- Maintain accurate records of trade documentation
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies
- Support system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
