Responsibilities:

• On time sampling, testing and documentation of all inward sample as such as raw materials, in process samples, intermediates, finished products by wet and instrumental methods.
• Carry out analysis of all inward sample as per approved specifications and standard testing procedures.
• Testing and reporting of raw material vendor samples as per approved standard testing procedures and specifications.
• Testing and reporting of stability samples as per individual approved standard testing procedures and specifications.
• Preparation, qualification and maintenance of working standards as per individual product specifications.
• Testing, reporting of validation samples as per the protocol.
• Preparation and standardisation of volumetric solutions as per standard operating procedures
• Preparation of general reagents/test solutions, indicators, buffers, mobile phase etc as per respective monograph procedures and in house specifications.
• Timely raising indents for lab chemicals, lab consumables and all other miscellaneous items.
• Receipt and to ensure proper storage and maintenance of newly procured chemicals and in use chemicals.
• Receipt and to ensure proper storage and maintenance of reference standards, primary standards and chemical standards.
• Ensuring entry of usage log books, registers and all other documents immediate after the analysis.
• Calibration of instruments and equipments, glasswares as per approved standard operations and calibration procedures.
• Upkeep of under analysis samples as per the requirement.
• Temperature and humidity recording of quality control laboratory area as per approved standard operating procedure.

Position: “QC Officer/Executive "
Qualification: B. Sc/MSC.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
