POSITION: International Voice Process Execuetive
LOCATION: Bangalore
Experience- Minimum 6 months of Calling experience.
Job Responsibility
· Analysis (Problem Identification &Issue Resolution).
· Representatives in Customer Service to furnish information to customers and give technical support
· Provide post sales information and provide resolutions to customer’s problems.
· To service potential customers who are either interested in the product or are at
various stages of pre- sanction/ disbursement of loan.
· To provide services to both Internal (sales, CDU, Operations, etc.) and External
customers
· To service customers who have availed of the product, in a post disbursement
scenario; for the life of the product
Basic Requirements:
· Good communication skills in English with Fluency in Hindi.
· Minimum 6 months of calling experience.
· Transport: Self transport during day time (7 am till 7 pm) & Home Pick Up / Drop
during 7 pm till 7 am; Self Transport One Way allowance INR 1000 per month.
· Candidate should be willing to work in 24X7 work environment
