Configure and support Workday core modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Advanced/Advance Compensation, Benefits); configure Workday Security and SOX-related reporting; optimize business processes and automate manual tasks; document processes and workflows; gather and clarify business requirements; proactively identify gaps and manual touchpoints for improvement; collaborate cross-functionally across time zones.
- Strong experience in supporting, configuring core modules like HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Advance Compensation and Benefits
- Strong experience in configuring Workday Security, SOX related activities and reporting.
- Experience in configuring Advance Compensation for Quarterly and Annual Performance management.
- Experience in optimizing BPs and solutions to automate manual tasks.
- Partner with business teams to ensure requirements are well documented and understood.
- Documentation of processes, workflows to maintain knowledge base.
