Lead and manage a database platform engineering team to design, deliver, and operate RDBMS platforms. Oversee project delivery, CI/CD deployments, automation, modernization, quality assurance, documentation, stakeholder coordination, incident resolution, and people leadership for DB engineers and DBAs.

Design, build, optimize, and maintain relational database systems across on-prem and cloud environments. Lead provisioning, scaling, performance tuning, patching, security, automation (IaC), troubleshooting outages, and CI/CD-driven migrations. Collaborate with application teams, write/tests integration and unit tests, perform code reviews, document systems, and drive operational excellence.

Design, build, enhance, and support SAP ERP solutions (primarily SD/MM, ACM optional) in a techno-functional role. Develop ABAP RICEF objects, participate in full lifecycle implementations and upgrades, provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot performance issues, and follow ITSM and release/transport processes.
