Lead programming strategy and execution across a portfolio of clinical programs. Oversee programming deliverables, resource planning, vendor relationships, regulatory inspection readiness, and cross-functional data integration. Provide people leadership for direct reports, talent development, and performance management while driving process improvement, technical capability growth, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide SAP security and user access management across S/4HANA and ECC, handle security incidents, support role change and provisioning processes, ensure SOX/GxP compliance, run system health checks, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end Account-to-Report service delivery, manage large teams, ensure month/quarter/year-end close compliance (US GAAP, local GAAP, SOX), drive process standardization, automation and continuous improvement, partner with Global Process Owners and business stakeholders, and oversee people management including hiring, performance, and coaching.
