Manage and support network and security infrastructure across various clouds, ensuring stability and performance for Client Inc.'s networks. Provide troubleshooting and diagnosis for network issues.
- Manage and support all Network & Security Infrastructure running on AWS, Azure, GCP & OCI Clouds.
- Responsible for ensuring network stability and performance for Client Inc. On-Premises and Public Cloud networks.
- Provide support for network infrastructure problems by monitoring the team’s support queue, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, identifying the root cause of critical issues, and ensuring corrective action is taken following problem identification.
- The candidate should be willing to work in shift rotation.
