The Senior Network Specialist will support 3rd Line for complex LAN/WAN, resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with internal and external teams.

Deliver lifecycle mitigation actions (IOS patching, config management, EOL and vulnerability management) across customer CPE WAN/LAN. Create and execute MOPs, troubleshoot multi-vendor networks (Cisco/Juniper/ADVA), drive continuous improvement, prioritise tasks, and support shift-driven operational demands with a strong customer focus.

Provide second-line technical support for SDH and Optical platforms, manage complex incidents, and lead technical escalations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Security Specialist manages firewall operations, handles security incidents, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures adherence to ITIL processes.

The Network Change Management Specialist manages customer communications for network changes, handles access requests, and monitors activities, ensuring adherence to SLAs and efficient service delivery.
