Lead execution and management of FANUC robot automation projects across Body, Press, General Assembly, GPS and Paint shops. Provide robot configuration, programming, validation, and offline simulation (Process Simulate/OLP). Approve robot cells, coordinate with programming agencies, controls teams and suppliers, support standards development and global project coordination, and work with advanced vision systems (FANUC 3DV, PhotoNeo, Matrox, Keyence).

Build and maintain Siemens Plant Simulation models to analyze throughput, identify bottlenecks, evaluate capacity, and recommend actions. Configure material flow and resources, translate production plans into simulation inputs, run what-if scenarios, and present results, charts, and recommendations to engineering and project stakeholders.

Apply data analytics, AI/ML and IoT techniques to manufacturing data to build pipelines, analyze trends, produce BI reports, create proofs-of-concept, monitor data health, write user stories, and train business partners to improve plant processes.
